Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Wonders Workshop website. By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge these terms together with the separate Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Additional conditions displayed beside a download, promotion or external checkout apply to that feature together with these terms.

Website purpose

The website provides official information about Wonders Workshop books, collections, articles, news, reader bonuses, interactive tools and merchandise. It does not provide visitor accounts and does not process merchandise payments or shipping details on-site.

Descriptions, release plans, retailer listings, catalog products, prices, variants, stock and links may be updated as projects or provider information changes.

Ownership, copyright and marks

Unless a page states otherwise, the site's text, artwork, graphics, logos, seals, book covers, layout, code, downloadable materials and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Wonders Workshop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Viewing the site, using a tool, following a link or obtaining an authorised download does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

Permitted use

You may access the public website for personal, informational and lawful purposes. You may share ordinary links to public pages and use brief quotations where allowed by law, provided the source is accurately identified and the use is not misleading.

Tool results may be printed or copied for personal use. Any broader permission must be granted in writing or stated clearly beside the relevant material.

Prohibited use

You must not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent an association with Wonders Workshop, distribute malicious code, scrape or overload services unreasonably, attempt unauthorised access, bypass Reader Vault controls, interfere with operation or remove copyright notices.

You must not reproduce, republish, sell, license, redistribute or create misleading derivative versions of protected content except where law or written permission allows it.

Interactive tools

The Book Series Reading Planner provides schedule estimates based on the pages, reading rate and time entered. The Interstellar Travel Time Calculator provides simplified mathematical comparisons and omits acceleration, deceleration, energy, shielding, navigation and many real mission constraints. Find Your Fantasy provides an entertainment-oriented genre match based on selected preferences.

Tool outputs are informational and illustrative. They are not guarantees, scientific mission plans, educational assessment, legal advice, financial advice or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use the results.

Wonders Workshop Shop and Fourthwall checkout

The Shop displays public catalog information obtained from Fourthwall, including images, prices, variants and availability. A local browser cart may hold selected variant IDs and quantities. Selecting checkout sends the cart directly to Fourthwall's hosted checkout; it does not send the visitor through a Fourthwall product page.

The transaction is completed outside Wonders Workshop. Current price, currency, taxes, shipping charges, availability, production, delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds, customer support and payment terms are determined by the Fourthwall checkout and applicable Fourthwall policies at the time of purchase.

Catalog information can change or temporarily fail to load. A product shown on Wonders Workshop is not reserved until the external checkout accepts the order. Wonders Workshop does not receive or store payment-card details through this website.

Books, retailer links and Black Archive downloads

Book buttons may lead to external retailers, including Amazon. These are direct links rather than Amazon Associates affiliate links. The retailer's listing, price, format, tax, delivery, return and support terms apply to the transaction.

The Black Archive is a stable entry point for official reader materials. Access requirements, file information, personal-use licences and additional conditions shown beside a download form part of these terms. Restricted files must not be redistributed or accessed by bypassing controls.

External websites and services

Fourthwall, retailers, social platforms, Google, Pinterest and other linked services operate independently. A link or integration does not mean Wonders Workshop controls or guarantees every statement, product, security practice, policy or feature on the destination service.

When you enter an external service, its terms, privacy policy, cookie settings and accessibility practices apply.

Availability and changes

Wonders Workshop may correct, update, reorganise, suspend or remove content and features when reasonably necessary. The site or an external API may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security work or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Stable public routes will be preserved where practical, especially for long-term reader resources, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Information, disclaimers and liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep official information accurate, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Publication plans, scientific explanations, tool results, retailer information, external catalog data and links may change or contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonders Workshop is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services, external checkout decisions, misuse of tool results, unauthorised third-party activity, internet outages or use of the website contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Mandatory consumer and statutory rights

These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights, copyright exceptions, accessibility rights or other protections available under applicable law. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with these terms, the mandatory rule prevails.

Questions about a Fourthwall order, payment, delivery, return or refund should normally be directed through the support process offered for that order.
